Cox Email Settings For iPhone

Outgoing email sent through a Simple Mail Transfer Protocol server. The Mail application on your iPhone needs to be the correct Cox SMTP server set for you to be able to send emails using your Cox email account. Your iPhone should have detected the settings automatically when you set up the account, but it may not have, or Cox may have changed the settings after you set up the account.

  • Click on the “Settings” icon.
  • “Mail, Contacts, Calendars.”
  • Click on your Cox account in the list of email accounts.
  • Verify the account turned on at the top of the screen
  • Click on “SMTP.”
  • Click on “Add Server.”
  • Type your “smtp.cox.net” without quotation marks in the Host Name field. Enter your Cox email username and password.
  • Click on “Save.” and your iPhone will verify the server, which may take several minutes.

Cox net Email Settings for Windows 10

Step 1: Select the “mail app” from Windows 10 Startup.

 2: Now go to get started and select “Add account”.

Step 3: From the “Settings” icon, select the “Manage account”.

 4: Into “Advanced settings” put your username, full Cox email address and password in the appropriate field.
